The usual promoters of our annual New Years Triathlon declined to do so this year. So I made a few calls and sent out an email on the Friday before the Sunday event. This may have not been enough time for the masses, because we only had six participate in the nice-weather event.
Scott Landis and Jenny Adcox got flat tires and failed to get them fixed. Mike Waugh wanted to just run and ride extra instead of swim. Here are the stats:

I had everybody right where I wanted you. Nettleton and Leach let some air out of my tires in transition and got I got a flat.
