Saturday mornings for competitive riders beginning at 8:00 a.m. from Haulers Insurance Company, 1101 New Hwy 7, Columbia TN. This is one mile from Chickasaw Trace Park at the intersection of New Hwy 7 and Industrial Park Road. This ride is 30-50 miles at an average speed of 17 mph or more.
Saturday mornings for non-competitive ‘B’ rider, 9:00 a.m. from Galaxy Lanes Bowling Alley on Hwy 50 on the south side or Columbia. This ride is 20-30 miles at an easy pace.
All levels of riders are welcome; shorter rides are often worked out for those who do not have the time or base. We regroup before any turns.
Tuesdays, 6:30 p.m. from Long John Silvers on the southwest side of Columbia. This is a 25-mile night ride with lights. The emphasis is on the two big hills. This is for all level riders. It is an easy ride between hills and everyone regroups at the top of the hills. To confirm, check with Kenny 619-1606.
Wednesdays, 5:30 p.m. from Crye Leike on Nashville Hwy (Hwy 31), just one block north of the intersection of Hwys 412 and 31. This is a 30-mile high-intensity ride for the competitive bunch. Average speed above 20-mph. This ride depends on long daylight days, so it is a spring-summer thing. THIS RIDE IS ON HIATUS TILL SPRING.
Riders need to be members of the Columbia Cycling Club for waiver and insurance purposes. However, we are glad to take newcomers trying it out. You can sign up later. You must wear a helmet.
Hi Guys,
Just wanted to say what a pleasure it was meeting all of you on Saturday’s 9 am ride. Thanks for making my buddy Kenny and myself feel so welcome. The ride was beautiful. Looking forward to seeing you all again real soon.

Hi, I just moved to Spring Hill from Nashville and am wondering if this ride schedule is up to date? I might try to come out this Saturday to catch the ride and meet some people. Just let me know, Nathan
Yes, the ride schedule is up to date. All rides are well attended right now including the Tuesday and Wednesday rides.
Hello,
Just wondering what the route is for the Saturday morning “B” ride leaving from Galaxy Lanes. Is this ride for people who are very much beginners? The longest I have ridden is 30 miles.
Thanks.
We don’t have a pre-set route. We toss around mileage and a route just before leaving. We modify and accommodate according to the various riders. Beginners are welcome and at least one person will stay with you if you are having trouble keeping up.
Are there any group MTB rides? Or, does anyone want to ride Sat? I would imagine MTB riders would have difficulty, to say the least, on the road rides.
There is no scheduled MTB ride.
Would anyone be interested in weekly MTB rides at Chickasaw on Saturdays? I know I would. Riding Han Solo gets old after a while.
